First and foremost, I am a Marriage and Family Therapist who has been trained in working with every type of relationship: married couples, co-habitating couples, polyamorous relationships, and many more, including 3 years of additional training in working with the LGBTQIA community. I love working with the family system to help every member feel connected and engaged in the relationship.
Additionally, I am an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, who has chosen to focus most of her training on diagnosing and treating adults on the spectrum, because there are so few resources for Autistic Adults, especially those who are high-functioning or considered as having Asperger’s Syndrome.
When I work with people who are on the spectrum, I also want to work with their entire support system, so that everyone can have a deeper understanding of how to communicate more effectively and work together.
