We do offer limited sliding scale options for any of our services.

Andrew can take only two clients on a sliding scale fee.

Heather can take only six clients on a sliding scale fee.

In order to be considered for the sliding scale fee, you must submit the front page of your most recent tax returns. Our fees for sliding scale are below, and we cannot offer these rates to any client without the tax return page.

Please pay close attention to the co-pay for mental health and/or behavioral health which is frequently higher than the co-pay for your PCP.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health/behavioral benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

Payment is due at time of services are rendered.

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. We also accept payment directly on the website via this page.

Cancellation Policy

Heather, our therapist, charges a $100.00 fee for any No Call, No Show and $75 for a late cancellation (appointment with less than a 24-hour notice), which will be applied to your account and will be charged to your credit card on file. 

Andrew, our life coach, charges a $95 fee for any No Call, No Show, and $50 fee for any late cancelled appointment (Less than a 24-hour notice), which will be applied to your account and will be charged to your credit card on file.
